Hong Kong Day 1 ♥

My thursday, 111110, started really early despite the previous day ending really late! I slept about 2hours? hahaa, i was really excited! hur i love to travel and I love airplanes! Met Godma at T3 at about 4.30 to check in! We were early cos the cab was reallyyyy fast! haha!

At T3's Departure Gates! ♥

United was playing that morning we left so daddy couldn't catch it & was feeling disgruntled. Thank goodness T3 was showing the match in the transit area so daddy managed to catch the final minutes of the match which made daddy really happy!

Less than 4 hours later, we arrived in HONG KONG! :D we managed to catch a wink on the flight so we would have energy to face the long day ahead!

Normally after clearing immigrations, we would head to collect our luggages from the belts right? My family and I waited and waited and waited, none of our 5 luggages appeared! Mummy approached the staff and guess what! Our luggages were on a different flight! Singapore Airlines instead of our United Airlines (UA 895) flight! Well it seems like our luggages were more privileged than us considering the fact that SQ flights to HK were fully booked!

The airport staff then told us that our luggages would be brought to our residing address in HK by 6pm. Hur, quite good also no need to lug the luggages arnd. hehe. Look at the picture below! We actually saved money cos of this too!

Cabs in HK actually charge HK$4.00 for every baggage! so we saved hmm HK$20.00 haha! And I found it funny that they charge for transporting animals or birds too! Interesting!

At Disney's Hollywood Hotel! Love their design and furniture! IM A HUGE MICKEY FAN & I HUG MY MICKEY TO SLEEP. haha!

Checked in and got our room card before taking the shuttle bus to Disneyland Hotel for lunch at Crystal Lotus as arranged by Nuffnang & the HK Disneyland Team! Beautiful entrance welcomed us! (:

And super comfy sofas. hehe!

Lunch was served not long after we were seated and omg! The food were sooo cute!

Roast Geese, Little Pig Barbecue Pork Buns, Little Green Men Pork & Vegetable Bun, Piggy Mask Bun and Roast Suckling Pig, Soup with Mickey shaped ingredients! I was amazed with their creativity!

The pig was sooo cute I couldn't bear to eat it. Hurhur, BUT it was delicious! (:

Entered the gift shop and browsed through the items available! So things were so pretty & a shirt caught daddy's eye!

We spotted Cinderella before we left for Disneyland Resort! (: Cinderella happens to be my favourite Disney Princess & Jie's favourite is Ariel!

Daddy wasn't feeling too well so Mummy accompanied him back while we headed for the rides! Think it was probably due to the temperature and flight pressure earlier! ): Poor daddy!

First "ride" we tried was the shooting game called Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters! Although I kind of like shooting, I've got to admit, I suck at shooting games! I remember always playing with Lx in arcades and I always die in no time! ):

Space Mountain was next! I found it scary and thrilling! hahaha, but I would think twice before taking it again considering my guts. hahaa! it was already pretty amazing that i actually agreed to take this ride! (:

Mad Hatter Tea Cups displayed so many attractive looking tea cups! It was so fun as you can seee from the pictures below! Dizzy but fun! We challenged ourselves to walk in a straight line after the ride & had a good laugh! (:

We caught the Golden Mickey Show at 5pm and it was a fun, lively and entertaining musical with the pretty host, Bebe who danced, sang and entertained the audience together with our favourite Disney Characters! (:

Headed back to the hotel to rest for the night hours after dinner to prepare ourselves for another day at Disneyland before moving on to Kowloon for shopping!!! (:
